To use the GSR 2
To turn the unit on, simply place your fingers on the sensing plates. Turn the dial up slowly until you hear a tone. As you become more relaxed and calm, your skin resistance increases and the tone lowers. When you become upset or agitated, your skin resistance decreases and the tone goes higher. Form this feedback you can learn to relax by learning how to lower the tone to the lowest point possible. The unit turns off automatically once your fingers are removed from the plates.
